Products & Shopping

Are your tools chef-approved?

Yes. Every product we carry is tested and used by our in-house chefs or trusted culinary partners. If we wouldn’t use it in our own kitchens, we won’t sell it.

What kind of knives and tools do you sell?

We curate a tight selection of chef knives, plating tweezers, cookware, magnetic guards, and sharpening tools. Expect quality, form, and flavor-forward function.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Some yes, some no! A few of our products (especially collabs and merch) are limited runs. If it’s something you really want, we recommend joining our newsletter to get early restock alerts.

Do you offer gift packaging or notes?

Yes! On the cart page, you can tick “This is a gift” and we’ll include a free handwritten note.

Shipping & Returns

Where do you ship?

We currently ship nationwide across the Philippines. Metro Manila orders usually arrive within 1–3 business days.

How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders ₱2,000 and up. Below that, we apply a small flat-rate fee depending on your location.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes — if something arrived damaged or not what you expected, email us within 7 days. We’ll help you out fast, no stress.

Do you offer same-day or express delivery?

Not yet, but we’re cooking something up. For now, message us directly if you’re in a rush — we’ll see what we can do.

Events & Experiences

Where are your events held?

We host events and pop-ups at our two locations: Kapitolyo and Poblacion. Each event listing includes the exact venue details.

How do I book a chef’s table or wine night?

Head to the [Events] page, choose your experience, and click “Reserve Your Spot.” Slots are limited, so book ahead when you can.

Are your events open to everyone?

Absolutely. Bodega Kulinarya is proudly inclusive and community-centered. Whether you’re a seasoned chef, home cook, or curious foodie — you’re welcome here.

Can I host my own event at Bodega?

Yes! We love working with chefs, artists, and brands. Visit our [Collaborate] page or drop us a message to start the convo.

Payment & Order Help

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfers. If you’re paying in vibes… not yet, but we’ll let you know.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, message us ASAP and we’ll do our best to update it.
